Stub tag[]

What could possibly be added? Fisto looks and behaves the same as regular power fists. Else the stub tag can be removed Dread44 21:46, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

Did you remove it? If so: good! :) --Trithemius 22:39, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

Fisto! vs Deathclaw Gauntlet[]

How does Fisto compare to Deathclaw Gauntlet? --Nux Matrix 11:47, 19 January 2009 (UTC)

Well if our MDPS and DPS data wasn't complete garbage I guess you'd already know.
Fisto does slightly more (+5) base damage, but only has a x1.5 critical percent multiplier. This means that if you have a base chance of 10% you'll see criticals 15% of the time (with an additional +15% during VATS attacks). With the Deathclaw's x5 critical percent multiplier you'll see criticals 50% of the time (with an additional +15% during VATS attacks).
And yes, there is a flat +15% bonus during targeted shots, however on some weapons with a x0 crit%mult the bonus is ignored and the weapon's critical chance stays at 0% (no critical chance, ever). Ash Nuke AshRandom (Talk) 16:55, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
Another thing you have to realize is that the Deathclaw Gauntlet has Armor Penetration, and Fisto! doesn't. Axier 18:34, January 20, 2010 (UTC)

Source on Mechanist's Workshop loc?[]

Someone has it down on the page that Fisto! can be located in the Mechanist's Workshop. I did not locate it there, and did locate it at the Derelict Power Plant, as specified elsewhere on the page. The video shows only the Derelict Power Plant location. Can anyone confirm that they have located it in the Mechanist's Workshop? If not, I will remove the statement so that no one else is confused as to the location of this item. 132.162.71.136 21:05, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

I had the same thing happen. I couldn't find it at Mechanist's place, although i did find it at the power plant

shocker ![]

would it be worth adding a comparison chart to the shocker?

No, they have their own pages. Comparisons are best left on discussion as people can see the differences by going to each page. Also please sign your posts.--Kingclyde 18:49, October 5, 2009 (UTC)
This is better than The Shocker because of its extra item HP, higher general damage, and a tad easier to get. However, against robotic units, The Shocker is much stronger, but robots aren't the most common occurrence. I suggest having both and switching them out on a situational basis and act like its a different mode. Axier 18:38, January 20, 2010 (UTC)

Fisto! Name origin.[]

Is it worth noting that this weapon was probably named after one of the dodgier He-man characters...?
