Should the base game section be separated by location? Is it spelled out somewhere and I cannot find it? If this is the format then we need to update the FNV page. Also should we merge all the generic human characters into a single overview, such as we do with creatures and robots?--Ant2242 (talk) 15:25, 28 April 2016 (UTC)
