Do you know if the one from Future Press is the same? A different publisher in Europe perhaps. Dcruze 02:55, 6 February 2009 (UTC)

Yup, looks like the same guide. Ausir 02:59, 6 February 2009 (UTC)

Marking[]

When you enter a mistake please either give the page number, quest name, specific section heading etc so readers can easily find and confirm the mistake, also if a mistake you have discovered is exclusive to a certain console, eg - You found an item mentioned in the Guide in the right place on the 360 but it was not there on the PS3 and you have tested it several times and the results are the same, then place at the end of your mistake the name of the console in brackets, thank you 86.151.52.137 12:22, September 4, 2009 (UTC)

Mistakes List[]

Other pages mention that there are mistakes in the guide, I think that there should be a list of these mistakes here so that its all kept together as well.

Mistake about Andale Keys[]

One mistake mentions that the Andale Shed and Basement Keys cannot be found in the cooler in Moriarty's Saloon. But one time when I played through the game and after seeing the shed and killing the Andale residents i found the keys when i opened the fridge in the saloon. Also (not mentioned in the guide) after killing Megaton residents out of sheer boredom i opened the Craterside Supply Inventory to find an Allistair Tenpenny Suite Key inside. I found it rather unusual and i wonder is there some relation between Moira Brown and Tenpenny (Note: this was experienced after all Tenpenny Tower related quests were finished and Tenpenny was decapitated by yours truly [Tenpenny Tower quest: helped the ghouls get in by Roy's massacre. Power of the Atom: disarmed the nuke. You Gotta Shoot 'Em In The Head: splatted Tenpenny's brain. Also the quests were completed in this order: Power of the Atom, You Gotta Shoot 'Em In The Head and then Tenpenny Tower]) Can someone confirm this on the PS3? I am the person who entered the Andale Keys mistake and can I just ask are you an Xbox 360 user? I have an Xbox 360 and I have looked in Moriarty's Cooler many times after creating several new games on Fallout 3 and the keys were still not there so if PS3 users report finding Andale Keys in the Cooler please do not remove the mistake until more Xbox 360 users can confirm it, as it may very well be exclusive to the PS3 version of the game or a possible bug encountered by the creators of the Guide and yourself, thank you 86.151.52.137 12:04, September 4, 2009 (UTC)

Rads on foodstuff[]

The article states that the guide made a mistake in saying that most food gives you 3 rads instead of 2. But in fact, the guide is indeed correct: they do give 3 rads, but unless the player has a very low endurance, their rad-resist will drop the rad intake to 2.

I have added (according to this wiki) at the end of the rads bit of the mistake as i am using this wiki to confirm the mistakes i find in the guide 86.129.36.163 18:53, September 6, 2009 (UTC)

Col. Autumns 10mm pistol[]

in the book it says that you can find the colonel 10mm in his locked closet in Raven Rock...i havent been able to verify, but does anyone know if this is true?Lucius Zelgius 23:18, October 3, 2009 (UTC)
