I've had no interaction with the Followers of the Apocalypse or the Khans, and he's here at 188 already - so the comment about when he appears would appear to be inaccurate. Also, with Veronica as my companion he commented "I didn't know the Brotherhood had any people out here" 124.168.93.25 02:04, October 26, 2010 (UTC)
His comment about the Brotherhood is a standard sentence dropped by Followers members, when Veronica is with the player. xNOKIx 18:44, February 12, 2011 (UTC)
