Legion Explorer Aura[]
Very oddly, Crandon has what seems to otherwise be a cut effect. It was meant for Legion Explorers, but for what reason I can't imagine, Crandon alone has it. The Legion Explorer Aura he has only takes effect in combat, and causes all nearby Caesar's Legion members to have +2 Perception. I didn't stick this on the page because, being that there are no members of Caesar's Legion in North Vegas, it didn't seem like something that mattered.
