I suggest this because the military definition for assault is "A military attack, such as one launched against a fortified area or place." Which describes this event rather well. Battle just has a catch-all meaning of any encounter between opposing forces, so anything can be a battle really. Shadowrunner^(stuff) 19:19, 24 January 2014 (UTC)

If that's a reliable definition, I would be in favor of changing it to the Assault of Adams Air Force Base. (In that case we should also change Battle of Rockland to Assault of Rockland if we go through with this renaming.) --Kastera ^(talk) 19:27, 24 January 2014 (UTC)

I think we can move this to Assault, whereas the Rockland article should stay where it is. Rockland was a large scale conventional engagement, whereas Adams AFB was El Dubya against the Enclave, with diversionary attacks meant to mask their approach. Tagaziel (talk) 19:48, 24 January 2014 (UTC)
