T. Sullivan was a resident of Vault 76.
Background
Prior to the Great War, Sullivan received a Doctorate of Engineering from GSU. After the War, in Vault 76, they spent many years preparing for and passing the written, verbal, and physical tests required to become a sanitation engineer. However, not long before Reclamation Day, they were still serving as a soda jerk. Not wanting to end their tenure with such a position, they submitted a reassignment request and later followed up on it, asking that it be processed before everyone left the Vault.[1]
