The Steyr is a small gun in Fallout Tactics.
“
Army Universal Gun Steyr. Invented in Austria, the Steyr's unique design and visual look was the perfect compliment to any war-time ensemble.
”Characteristics[]
The Steyr AUG serves as the compliment to the Ruger AC556F as the 5.56mm submachine gun. The Ruger is more damaging, but the AUG has a much bigger magazine and can hit things at slightly longer ranges. The Steyr also serves as an effective replacement for the M16A1, dealing significantly more damage and still maintaining the largest clip.
Locations[]
- Junction City, 9 carried by Reavers.
- Coldwater, 3 carried by BOS deserters.
- Glenda Close in Newton has one (you can take while escorting her to safety) and other 3 carried by Reavers.
Notes[]
- Despite being an assault rifle, the Steyr uses the submachine gun animations in the game.
