Starched Genes is a Luck perk in Fallout 76.

Rank 1 of this perk reduces the risk of mutation of rads, as well as reducing the chance that RadAway removes mutations. Rank 2 will see the player unable to acquire mutations when gaining rads, as well as being unable to remove mutations with RadAway.

This effect can be useful if the player gains a mutation which they want to keep. However, the perk card must either be rank 1 or not equipped at all to mutate in the first place.
