The Southeast Commonwealth
The Southeast Commonwealth was one of the thirteen commonwealths of the pre-War United States of America. Created in the early 21st century, it was comprised of the former states of Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, and borders the Gulf, East Central and Columbia Commonwealth.

- Charlotte (mentioned in Operation: Anchorage, on the Health dispensers.)
- Georgia, mentioned by the foreman as the place where he enlisted in the United States Army.[1]
