Soup Can Harry is the alias of the person chosen for the position of Overseer of Vault 114.
Background[]
After 87 interviews, Soup Can Harry was found to be appropriately anti-authority to be of use in Vault 114's experiment: the elite of Boston would be sheltered in lower class housing and facilities with a person furthest from a leader as an Overseer. Soup Can Harry's core beliefs included: the federal government branding individuals with ranks and number to remove individuality; slowing progress down with red tape and bureaucracy; spending tax money (which Mr. Soupcan refused to pay) in order to organize Illuminati free mason sex parties; and living as he saw fit, even it that meant sleeping in the streets or consuming Abraxo cleaner if he so chose to.[1]
Appearances[]
Soup Can Harry is mentioned only in Fallout 4.
