It is a small, self-contained energy storage unit often associated with one-handed Energy Weapons and acts essentially as a very powerful battery or capacitor. It was also used to power vehicles, like the Highwayman and the Boudicca-78/S motorcycle.

Characteristics

Ammunition for small energy weapons and powered close combat implements, the SEC can also be used to power the Highwayman. A full cell (40 SEC) adds 20% power to the internal battery.
