Slummer was once a member of the Fighting Flesh gang in the Boneyard. Psychotic by his own admission, he eventually wound up in service of the Cathedral, becoming a fervent adherent singing psalms and praises of the Holy Flame and the Master. Whether it's genuine zeal of a neophyte or the side-effect of failed Servitor conditioning, Slummer now spends his days standing before the Cathedral and giving praise to the Holy Flame and other figures of the Children philosophy.[1]
