The slaver barracks is a building in Paradise Falls.
Layout[]
The slaver barracks are located to the west of the entrance to Paradise Falls. This former large liquor store is also a clubhouse of some sort, complete with beds on the second floor and a pool table.
Notable loot[]
- In a plastic container (not an openable box), there is a fully repaired power fist.
- A unique Vault 77 jumpsuit, belonging to the Vault 77 dweller (a.k.a. The Puppet Man) is found on a shelf next to the holotape Burn this goddamn jumpsuit.
Notes[]
- Slavers will turn hostile if you sleep or linger for too long in the slaver barracks.
- It appears that they have been playing "beer pong" due to the layout of cups on the pool table, although the balls there are cue balls instead of ping-pong balls.
Appearances[]
The slaver barracks appears only in Fallout 3.
Behind the scenes[]
The Vault 77 jumpsuit is a nod to the Penny Arcade comic: One Man, and a Crate of Puppets based on the Vault 77 dweller. The audio tape next to the suit has a recording of a very frightened slaver saying to burn the suit. This is a reference of when the Vault 77 dweller encounters slavers, and the Vault Boy puppet ends up murdering them.
