Slasher is a consumable item in Fallout: New Vegas.

Slasher is a chem which combines the effects of Med-X and psycho into a single drug. It is possible to combine the effects of this drug with Med-X to gain a 50% boost to damage resistance. However, it will not stack with psycho; you can only gain a 25% damage bonus even if you use both slasher and psycho.

- With Chem Resistant, Old World Gourmet (Dead Money) and Big Brained (Old World Blues) perks, the chance of addiction is only 3%, while employing a 33% longer duration if the player possesses Day Tripper as well.
