A Shovel is a tool used mostly for digging. However, it can also be used as a weapon.
Characteristics
In Fallout 2, the shovel is just a miscellaneous item used mostly for gravedigging. In Fallout 3 add-on Point Lookout and Fallout: New Vegas, it is used primarily as a weapon. Along with being used as a weapon, the shovel is also used to dig up dirt mounds in Point Lookout and graves in Fallout: New Vegas.
