Sheng Kawolski is a water vendor and resident of Diamond City in 2287.
Background[]
A young kid who lost his parents at the age of eight, Sheng didn't let that slow him down. Instead, he started his own business, selling purified water drawn from the pool at the back of Diamond City. He also attends night classes, which provide him with the entrepreneurial spirit.
