With the Brotherhood of Steel officially having moved into the Commonwealth, its on-site leaders are looking to set the score, and begin obtaining strategic assets towards the soon-to-be war efforts.
Walkthrough[]
After completing Paladin Danse's prior mission, and having witnessed the arrival of the Prydwen, Danse will invite his newest initiate to join him on the airship and meet their elder.
Meet Danse at the nearby Vertibird on the roof of the police station, which will take the party immediately to the Prydwen, where upon docking, the Sole Survivor will be introduced to Lancer-Captain Kells, who is in personal command of the Prydwen when Elder Maxson himself is not on board.
Kells will order for the party to attend the address that Elder Maxson will be holding for his troops on the flight deck. Afterwards, the Sole Survivor will need to personally speak to the elder himself.
After introductions have been made, Elder Maxson will recognize the Sole Survivor's efforts in helping Paladin Danse and the rest of his recon team, and in return, will bestow the rank of knight upon the brotherhood's most recent initiate, effectively setting the stage for future advances into the Commonwealth under the BoS banner.
Meet Danse in the mess hall area on the Main Deck of the Prydwen and speak with him.

Elder Maxson has promoted to the rank of Knight and awarded a full suit of Power Armor which I can find on the Prydwen's Main Deck.

After completing this quest, the Sole Survivor will have immediate access to a free set of power armor near Proctor Teagan. Depending on the Sole Survivor's current level, the power armor can range from being a set of t-45, t-51, or even a set of t-60; all of which are adorned with the BoS knight paint mod.
Once the rank of knight has been bestowed upon the Sole Survivor, Paladin Danse will become a permanent companion.
