Seth McCaughey is a developer who worked at Obsidian Entertainment on Fallout: New Vegas as an Animator. In Honest Hearts, McCaughey did Joshua Graham's pistol inspection animations. In Old World Blues, he did the animations for the Think tanks, and in Lonesome Road, did all the animations for ED-E and brainstormed the shoulder mounted machine gun.
