Service rifle reflex sight is a weapon mod which was cut from the final version of Fallout: New Vegas.

This cut item would have modified the service rifle to add a reflex sight. It remains in the form of meshes, textures, and static world objects in the GECK, but not as a usable mod that can be added via the console on the PC.
