Created by the survivalist, Jules, this schematic allows you to make the .44 Magnum semi-wad cutter round that is able to take down critters and armor foes more quickly and efficiently without beating your own gun up at the same time.

It is received by talking to Jules and passing a 50 Guns check and a 60 Survival check. If, however, you have already taken the Hand Loader perk, there is no need to go through the dialogues with Jules except for the XP.
