Savoy is a lieutenant to Nisha, the leader of the Disciples of Nuka World in 2287. I
Background[]
Savoy is just as bloodthirsty as Nisha and is viciously loyal to her as one of her top enforcers. The Operators realized his close relation to the head of the Disciples and dispatched a woman -- and later a man -- in hopes that he might connect with them and become a valuable contact to the Operators... but no such luck.[1]
