Background[]
This denizen of the Hub is entirely focused in playing his copy of the classic video game Cyberhood, Prince of the Matrix. In fact, one could argue it's an obsession.[1] One that has started a few rumors among the other denizens of the Hub.[2]
Appearances[]
Rufus does not appear in any Fallout game. He was supposed to appear in Fallout, but was cut from the final game.
