Rosie is unhappy. While she is the First Lady of the Republic, no one ever asks her for an opinion on things. She is incredibly intelligent and has many suggestions for how the Republic could be made safer, happier and more efficient, but Dave is always quick to remind her where the power lies. She is starting to doubt whether leaving the caravan business she owned for Dave was a good idea.[1]
Election Day: The Lone Wanderer can rig Dave's election to come out in favor of Rosie, or simply tell Rosie to go vote.
Effects of player actions[]
Rosie is the "good" choice for finishing the Election Day quest. Her quiet and unassuming demeanor will cause the Republic to swell in size, while providing a safe place from the Wasteland for all who enter its borders, as a "pseudo-NCR" state. She rebuilds the Museum of Dave and renames it The Museum of Dave & Rosie.
↑Fallout 3 Official Game Guide Game of the Year Edition p.93-94: "Rosie, Wife of Dave Rosie is possibly the most discontented citizen of the Republic of Dave. She'll occasionally speak up, but Dave quickly reminds her where the power of the Republic truly lies. Rosie is extremely intelligent and has many suggestions about how the Republic could be safer, happier, and more efficient. Unfortunately, people rarely ask Rosie what she thinks."
