Rose is a character featured in Fallout 76.
Background[]
A modified Miss Nanny and the current "leader" of Appalachia's raider gangs, as well as the last surviving member of the original groups. Her behavior and voice are based on that of Rosalynn Jeffries, the former mistress of David Thorpe, the Cutthroats leader.
Her encounters with the Residents of Vault 76 provided Rose with various ways of rebuilding her groups, such as repairing and boosting her radio station, where she can then be heard on the Top of the World radio station, giving out advice and commenting on the situation. She also gives the player a test to become a raider, as well as helping to assist in the finding of a raider stash.
