Rockbreaker's Last Gas is a ruined gas station located in the western Capital Wasteland.
Layout[]
It is located north of Everglow National Campground, south of Five Axles Rest Stop and east of Vault 87 and Broadcast tower KT8.
It's just an ordinary gas station. There is a giant Red Rocket structure with a Nuka-Cola machine flanking it and a large bin filled with debris. After completing The Waters of Life, there is an Enclave camp nearby. There may also be a super mutant brute with a centaur or two super mutant brutes and a super mutant master with a minigun nearby.
Notable loot[]
- There is a Nuka-Cola Quantum on top of a Nuka-Cola vending machine inside the fenced area. Due to movements of non-player characters and creatures, it may be knocked over.
Notes[]
- On the cliffs to the west is the sniper shack which contains loot, including the victory rifle.
- To the southeast (north of Jalbert Brothers Waste Disposal) is the wasteland gypsy village, with three abandoned shacks and a small playground. The player will find some ammunition and skill books there. They may also encounter creatures based on their level such as giant radscorpion and sentry bots.
Appearances[]
Rockbreaker's Last Gas only appears in Fallout 3.
Bugs[]
- Enclave soldier can appear here before The Waters of Life quest is completed. Sometimes an
