This is said to be a part of humanoid robot that approached Junction City after being damaged and was subsequently destroyed by the townsfolk. The player's objective during the mission is to collect all the robot parts.
In fact this part is a fake which is actually composed of different objects, including a toaster, wires and a sexual toy.
