Road Warrior is a Fallout Tactics Perk. So far it hasn't appeared in any other game.

You have learned to drive and shoot at the same time. You do not suffer any penalties when firing small weapons and piloting a vehicle at the same time.
Behind the scenes[]
This perk is a reference to Mad Max 2, known internationally as "The Road Warrior". Guns and vehicles in a post-nuclear wasteland abound in the movie.
