The Rivet City market is a Rivet City location in Fallout 3.
Background[]
The market, built in the carrier's hanger, is the heart of Rivet City's commerce, a place where the merchants inhabiting the city make their business with visitors. It is the most active and rich marketplace throughout the Capital Wasteland.
Layout[]
The market is divided into stalls. The central set features Flak 'N Shrapnel's, Rivet City Supply, and Gary's Galley. Opposite them are free standing stalls belonging to Potomac Attire and A Quick Fix. Some of the shops keep their wares out in the open, making them vulnerable to abuse of the grab feature (just grab them, carry them off into a secluded area, go into sneak mode, and pick them up).
The marketplace is locked between 9 PM and 9 AM. Entering during that time or remaining in the marketplace after 9 PM passes will count as trespassing and turn the city hostile. The necessary key is called hangar key.
