Rivet City Supply is a shop for general wares, located in the Rivet City market. It is operated by Seagrave Holmes, an ambitious salvager and a rival of Bannon's.
The stall that Holmes occupies is crowded with an assortment of various containers (footlockers, file cabinets, tool chests etc.) containing his wares. Seagrave usually sits on the sofa in the back, waiting for a client to show up.
