Save Sinthia is a quest in Fallout.
Synopsis[]
Spending a night at the Crash House is pleasant. However, doing so will result in a frustrated raider taking Sinthia hostage, after she supposedly laughed at his mother. Marcelles asks the player to intervene.
Walkthrough[]
- Spend a night at the hotel. In the morning, talk to Marcelles outside and offer to help. If you don't, she will use her shotgun to defuse the situation, killing both Sinthia and the raider.
- There are three ways to defuse the situation:
- Simply shoot the raider, which will annoy Sinthia to no end.
- Talk the raider down using Speech. You'll have to talk to him three times (simply click on him again once he exits dialogue). If you pass the Speech check, he will agree to just walk away. Otherwise you'll have to give him $100 or $200, depending on his reaction. Note that refusing to pay him will cause him to shoot Sinthia.
- Finally, you can Sneak up on him and make an unarmed attack to knock him out.
- Talk to Sinthia afterwards. If you killed the raider, she will chew you out. If you talked him down or knocked him out, you can talk to her and convince her to move on or employ her services for $40 a shot.
- Report to Marcelles for your reward.
Reward[]
- 400 experience points for simply killing the raider or knocking him out.
- 1000 experience points for talking him down.
- Free night's sleep at the Hotel.
- One free sexual service from Sinthia (male characters, female with a Charisma check). Subsequent services cost $40 (male characters only).
