Apparently, the original counterpart to Spineless was to be called 'Spine-full', and the description implies it would provide +1 Agility, +5 Sneak, and +1 Charisma. Additionally, there is also a mirror of Reinforced Spine with a different description and the effects from Spineless.
It's good to have your own spine again. You're more agile now (+1 AGL), a bit sneakier (+5 Sneak Skill) and you've gain more confidence in your posture and movement (+1 CHA).
