Refinery supervisor is the ghoul manager of the uranium refinery in Broken Hills in Fallout 2.

Background

In appearance, the refinery supervisor is a typical ghoul, with flaking skin that looks barely attached to his body. The townsfolk readily accept him, in no small part due to his expertise in refining ore, providing the town with its livelihood.
