The red speedboat is an unmarked location in the Capital Wasteland.

Layout

The boat is stuck in the middle of the Potomac River south of the Jefferson Memorial and east of the riverboat landing. It has two ammo boxes and a first aid kit on deck and a hunting rifle submerged on the floor.
