The Red Glare alpha strike is a weapon mod for the Red Glare in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Lonesome Road.
Characteristics
The alpha strike increases the speed of rockets fired from Red Glare by 200%. Rockets are normally fired at 5550 units per second; this mod increases that speed to 16650, 3.33 times faster than a high velocity missile and 10.7 times faster than a normal missile.
Location
- Sold by any Commissary terminal in the Divide.
- It can also be found in a weapons crate at the Courier's mile.
Notes
- This is one of three mods to be acquired for the Red Glare weapon to get the Rocket's Red Glare achievement/trophy.

- An 'Alpha Strike', in military terminology, refers to the act of committing all available resources to one objective in order to overwhelm any defenders before they can react.
