Navarro's primary Vertibird caretaker is a bit of an oddity among the troops. While he wears a seemingly permanently stained uniform, full of grease spots,[1] what sets him apart from other mechanics is his love for Vertibirds, bordering on obsession, and the tendency to speak about himself in third person. Unfortunately, Raul's love for the 'birds doesn't necessarily translate into proper attention to detail. He regularly loses Vertibird plans, causing no end of troubles for Quincy, the head mechanic.[2]
Raul is also a man of honor, who doesn't take kindly to others insulting them. The slightest bad remark can set him off, even to the point of punching his superior in the face.
Fix K9.: The player can then tell Raul that Quincy wants to see him. Raul will ask the player (in his inimitable way) to watch the birds, while he goes to settle the score. While Raul punches his superior in the face, the player can retrieve the K-9 motivator from the locker safely.
