Rapid Reload is a perk in Fallout: New Vegas.
Effects[]
Rapid Reload allows you to reload all your weapons 25% faster than normal. This also has the effect of allowing you to switch ammunition types faster.
Bugs[]
Upon loading a saved game, Rapid Reload will not actually function until you equip a weapon. Should you have a weapon already equipped, the weapon will reload at its normal rate until it is either unequipped or replaced with a different weapon.
