Rancorous Ruth is a member of Maud's Muggers living in Freeside in the year of 2281.
Background[]
A woman who will randomly attack you in Freeside, she is a part of Maud's Muggers, a group of elderly thieves. The three women of Maud's Muggers are remarkably small. According to the G.E.C.K, Ruth is 0.9 times the size of the Courier.
