Ralph Baker was a pre-War American citizen who was accepted into Vault 114.
Background[]
Living before the Great War, Ralph, his fiance Sarah and – barring their pet dog Spike – were all designated to live in Vault 114. Their new family, were assigned to the Residency A2 section of the vault.[1] However with Vault 114's unending construction they may not have been there when the bombs hit Boston.
