Radioman's note is a paper note in the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor. There are two versions of the note depending on if the quest Confidence Man has been completed.

I did it! I can't believe I actually managed to get my radio wired into the tower. The guy on the radio is a dufus but he's kind of funny. Better turn the sound down though, don't want to attract unwanted attention.
