Rachael is a prisoner of the Fiends in Vault 3.

Background

Together, with some friends, she is being held in a cell with Fiends all around. To release them, a Hard lock on the cell must be opened, which earns 50 XP. After that they will be able to sneak out. Strangely enough, however in plain sight, they will not be seen by the Fiends.
