Effects
While Waking Cloud is in your party, it is much easier to sneak by the White Legs, as their Perception is decreased by 3. Each different type of White Leg has a flat 5 Perception, with the exception of storm-drummers, who have 6 by default. This is reduced to 2 and 3 PE, respectively.
