A safe haven set up by DiMA for Confessor Martin, this small maintenance chamber in a sewer underneath an ancient road contains a surprising amount of seditious and heretical material, useful to anyone wishing to deal with Children of Atom in a more nuanced way.

This is a small room accessible through a door in the sewer below a crashed Vim truck. Holotapes and notes are scattered all over, the former necessary to complete Reformation.
