”A psychic nullifier is a strange device, possibly the product of an alien technology, that blocks incoming and outgoing telepathic or psychic commands.[1]
Uses[]
It is placed on the head of a psyker to disable or prevent them from using their powers. A psychic nullifier also blocks incoming telepathic attacks when worn by a non-psykers, such as those frequently experienced in the Corridor of Revulsion, which is why it is required by all members of the Unity that are allowed audience with the Master to wear when in his presence.[2]

- Cathedral: Gideon, Lucy, Wiggum, and Moore each have a psychic nullifier. The Vault Dweller can persuade Gideon to give him his psychic nullifier. They all can be obtained either through theft or killing.
