Prototype X-13 chest plate is a quest item in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.
Characteristics[]
The prototype X-13 chest plate has an upgraded firmware system that allows for self-updating of the firmware by the suit itself, this allows the suit to adapt news systems to the user with ease and unlock features as they come online without the need of manipulating settings.[1]
The chest plate is one of three required pieces to rebuild the Stealth Suit Mk II.

- It is found inside the X-13 research facility, in the third room down the right of the hall after leaving the main entrance on the middle table.
