The prison building a part of the broadcasting complex at the summit of Black Mountain.
Layout[]
The small building has two rooms. The entrance room holds a workbench and a terminal chronicling the plight of Raul Tejada, the ghoul mechanic imprisoned by Tabitha. The second room contains Raul's quarters, where he works, sleeps, and longs for liberation.
The door to Raul's room can be opened with the password found in entry #6, which automatically unlocks the door. Raul happens to be inside and can be recruited as a follower.
