The Primm Residential Petitions are a series of paper notes (or rather, the same document with a varying number of signatures) in Fallout: New Vegas. Originally for My Kind of Town, the player would've had to obtain several signatures from the Primm residents if they were to pursue the NCR path of the quest. However, this path of the quest was majorly shortened in the final product to match up with the other paths.
