Powder Ganger camp west is a location in the Mojave Wasteland.

This makeshift camp marks the south-western boundary of the Powder Gangers' territory, overlooking an irradiated ditch filled with sludge. The view is second to its strategic value, allowing Powder Gangers to control this section of the I-15 with ease. Anyone trying to sneak in will be caught by powder charges laid out outside the camp as tramps for the unwary.
The gangers themselves use a derelict trailer for sleeping. A campfire sits right out its front door, allowing them to pass time while on the lookout for caravans. The trailer has long since spilled its contents into the irradiated sludge below, but can still be of interest to a prospector not afraid of the radiation. The semi-trailer truck still has an intact engine. If it explodes, it can take out the whole camp at no reputation cost to the player.
