The Powder Gang plain outfit is a piece of clothing in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics[]
It is the standard NCR Correctional Facility prisoner uniform. It consists of a pair of black pants, a white shirt and a blue jacket. The prisoner's number is stitched on the left-hand breast pocket and "NCRCF" is stitched on the back in white, which is rather faded and appears to have been added later to the jacket, as it is at a slight angle.
It provides no damage threshold and can be repaired with other Powder Ganger outfits (all other light armor with Jury Rigging). It also acts as a Powder ganger disguise.
