The facility's entrance opens to a small supervisory balcony and leads to a descending staircase. The turbines are partially flooded, obstructing part of the broken catwalk leading to the control room. A staircase on the northern side of the exterior leads up to the roof.

To the northwest of the turbide, up along the ridgeline, is a military checkpoint with a partial set of leveled power armor.
